I recently stayed at Kerry’s place and what a lovely experience. The house has everything you need including a lovely gift basket that included bread, milk, orange juice and more. Kerry was great to deal with. There were 2 couples and another adult and there was enough space for us all. Would highly recommend!

Beautifully restored spaces, incredible Australian heritage / decorative elements through the immaculate gardens. A great base for the Yarra Valley. We had a hire car so the carport beside the house was perfect especially on rainy days. Kerry and her husband have done a beautiful job on the property. Thank you!

Kerry’s place is just delightful. It is spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated and has great amenities. The property is located within easy walking distance to Lilydale’s shops, cafes and railway station, but is quiet and relaxing. Kerry is the perfect host. She is very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. We very much appreciated the late checkout for our son and daughter-in-law, as their flight wasn’t until later in the day.

Sage Cottage was a wonderful Christmas escape for us. The cottage was well-equipped and comfortable, and was decorated in a Christmas theme, which made for a pleasant, festive atmosphere. Kerry and Pete were really hospitable and friendly, and were kind enough to allow us to hold a small Christmas lunch (and give us a preview of Rosebery Cottage). They were very thoughtful in providing us with extra cutlery, chairs and tables to cater for our guests. Located in the vicinity of the beautiful Yarra Valley, I would highly recommend Sage Cottage as a getaway location. We would love to return soon.
