Cancellations
Cancellations 3 months or more prior to arrival – payment will be refunded less an administrative fee.
Cancellations 1-3 months prior to arrival – 50% of the payment will be forfeited.
Cancellations less than one month prior to arrival – 100% of the payment will be forfeited.
Check-in
Check-in time is from 2pm unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11am unless otherwise arranged.
No Party Policy
No Parties. No smoking inside houses. ID check required. Flexible refund policy. Flexible check-in & check-out times. Rubbish to be put in outside bins prior to check-out.
